It's not that they can't create chances. They see an opportunity to score and they take it, sometimes scoring screamers like those shown in the video.

The defenser thought he would pass so he wanted to anticipate but he guessed wrong and as you see it may seem like he let it go. Also the man running with the ball slowed down, he seemed like he was waiting for the right moment to pass and in the worst case the defenser knew his comrades will back him up if he failed. I can understand him. Often in football each decision is crucial and if failed can lead to disastrous consequences. There were plenty of his comrades in the back but they were not in the right position.

I'm a premier league fan and I dont get how people say la liga is the second best league. The Bundesliga is so competitive and while bayern win almost every year its still is better than la liga since their actually is a title race.
