Crazy how good this kid is!! When he was in MLS I could tell he was different but I didn’t think he’d be world class! He’s really proved himself since moving to Europe and I’m so proud of him

I guarantee you he's faster than 35 km/hr. I saw him play in Vancouver and he is easily the fastest footballer I've seen play live. I think he's closer to 37/38.

That's because the attacker first was all alone there, so Davies recovery run just surprised him... you see that every game... 1:24 if they didn't cut that out, you'd seen, the attacker just giving up and Davies having all the time to clear the ball.. that's one a phenomenon you see, if a left back or right, start from the midfield, while the attacker is like 10 meters ahead... the attacker thinks he's through and just needs to score and all of the sudden see's the defender passing by, taking the ball.. Hector Bellerin at Arsenal London was the last one you could see that..

Never heard of this lad but watching the Dortmund v Bayern Munich game and cannot believe how good this young lad is. Great scouting system for Bayern to pick this lad up, a future superstar 100% very comfortable on the ball and a very good defender and great at going forward. They extended his first contract already, and also gave him a better pay. I like him too. I am sure he will make his way to the best players in the world. He has it all, speed, technic, willingness, humble there is only one way he will go, be even better in the future. I hope he will stay with Bayern for a long long time, for me all the time would be best. Did you have noticed nobody is asking or missing Ribery any more. Very good replacement !!!

Davies aka the man nobody should mess with 💪🚀🚄💪. Thank God he plays for my favorite team, must be a real nightmare to play against him (👋 Lukebakio, Bebou, Hakimi, Sancho, Mount, Azpilicueta...😂) On the way to become the best and most complete left fullback, a true generational wonderkid. The most amazing fact about him is that he has practically anything to be the most complete player ever: composure, unbelievable pace, physicality, tackling and defending, good game-reading, teamwork and short-passing, crossing, nice skills and good dribbling, attacking and scoring. He absolutely would be able to play at any position at a very high level, thanks to his pace but at the same time to his high football IQ. It's like he is the ultimate football player. No kidding.

Everytime single time I watch Davies play he proves what a treasure he is for Bayern. A 19 year-old winger put at left-back and becoming one of the best at this position in the whole world. A kid thriving at top level football amongst talented and experienced world-class players. Truly a $22m steal-deal for Bayern!

It's interesting that when they mention Canadians in the Bundelsiga, they don't mention Owen (the turncoat) Hargreaves. He was born and raised in Canada and only played for England because his father was English. England can keep him. Davies will forever be loved in Canada while that other guy will only be loathed.

Davies greatest skill in the speed is the recovery run.. the winger/striker gets the key pass, and thinks he's through, all alone, so he just wants to run right to the goal.. and the next second Davies caught up and takes the ball... the striker is then so surprised, that he just gives up, giving davies all the time he needs to clear the ball...

those stats are mind numbing. He's 19 & hasn't even played LB that long. People love to argue Davies vs Robertson. Robertson is 26. Robertson was a free transfer when he was 19. Davies is consistently one of Bayern's best players at 19. I doubt he could be had for less than 80 mil.

His stats is better than the players before him because he has played one season only ( as a young player) while they played many seasons through their career.. Yes he is a great player but let's see if he can be that good for a long time. BTW I hope so just for the sake of football ❤️ I'm not trying to say he is bad.
