Bayern München destroy Hoffenheim hopes in 5-2 win.

The record champions from Munich were the clear favourites going into their home game against Hoffenheim, but they suddenly found themselves 2-0 down. The league leaders kept their cool though, as Robert Lewandowski, Jerome Boateng, Kingsley Coman, Arturo Vidal and Sandro Wagner set off some slightly-delayed fireworks. It was a goal-laden comeback of epic proportions as Bayern ended up 5-2 winners!

Young German talents end up being bought by BPL sides or collected by Bayern. It's not entirely Bayern's fault being the only power to be competitive in Europe. The overly egalistic financial rules restrict Bundesliga teams' ability to retain talents. Bayern is the exception because it's managed well financially. Ten to twenty years ago the likes of Dortmund and Schalke could still will UCL and Europa League. But BPL is different now. La Liga is different now. If the players don't go to Bayern, they go to BPL anyways. Bundesliga would still be bleeding talents to abroad and be un-competitive, sans the only superpower Bayern.

yeah I agree with you, but as a bayern fan its kind of like, cool we get all these great players, and then you look twice and see oh damn we got them for like nothing or we got them for free. I mean right now Javi is our record transfer at i think around 50 or 60 million which is pennies on the dollar for most European Giants

Yes he is loaned to Hoffenheim but he is allowed to play because the deal doesn't stipulate that he can't play against his parent club.

Advait Iyer the Bundesliga doesn't only have 1 position. Yes, Bayern win it most lf the time but if you watch the games between 2nd and 10th. It's always close. There are 4 spots for the CL qualifications. It's up to other teams to qualify for the CL. Not Bayerns.

Andrew P every good player in the league goes to Bayern. The same with PSG. It's not comparable with epl or la liga. It's spread out between two teams or more. It's not about the point gaps and all. It's about the distribution of talent.

Mashud El-Yakubu Theyre too good, thats why. Plus, for CL there are 3 other spots. The competition is high below the one position. Dont forget the fact that Bayern have lost 2 games, Hoffenhiem and M'Gladbach

Bayern should buy the entire league lol. They are overly dominated the others in local league. Just like juve, psg, real, and barca. Better watch Chinese super league or MLS coz they are more competitive.

A league being competitive doesn't mean it is good to watch, the MLS is competitive but boring. Most games end in draws and it's the reason the MLS is not growing in popularity.

How is it like watching ligue 1 or scottish league. The quality in the Bundesliga is 10x what it is in those leagues. No one noticed that Barca have won La Liga in 8 of the last 10 seasons? But it is somehow moe competitive. PL will be dominated by City for years to come
