How come, in England they usually call us a farmers' league?

I must admit till I started watching the bundesliga I was always put off by the farmers league comments but I will say to anybody who thinks that, watch it! It's a great league, and not just bayern, I've watched several games not involving bayern and really enjoyed all the games I've watched! Even people down my local pub who've watched the bundesliga this season mainly to see our boy Harry Kane have said how good the bundesliga really is, you'll be surprised how people's opinions in England have changed towards the bundesliga!

He came to Dortmund as a spoiled brat, but was never lazy and ended up unspoilt and a really good team player, a regular starter who was much loved by Dortmund fans and much appreciated by people who watch the Bundesliga. He just got extremely frustrated at Man Utd, they didn't play him to his strength and never gave him the feeling he was respected. Every single person in the world and every single football player, no matter how much he earns, needs respect to thrive. Man Utd has driven him to no longer feel happy when playing. You should have seen his face when he was back at Dortmund. The fact that both the club and all the fans were super excited about him coming back should tell Man Utd something. He is excited to be back in a team with people who love him and respect him. Believe me, he doesn't WANT to be a spoiled brat, he was so looking forward to playing for a huge club in his home country, was even a bit upset when it didn't work out the first time Utd came for him (Dortmund was asking for crazy money, I believe, because they didn't really want to lose him) but then accepted things as they were and had a great last season at Dortmund, helping them the win the German FA Cup. Does that sound like a spoiled brat to you? Not to me. Your club used to be on a par with Real Madrid (I think) and now you keep buying expensive players and it never seems to work out which somehow always seems to get blamed on the player. No offence, but to me it looks like you need to sort your club out first before any player can thrive again. Soemthing seems to be going very wrong, the club atmosphere looks toxic. This may sound strange to you, but I'd like to say, don't tell me it was Sancho's fault alone when he came to you wide-eyed and hopeful for a brilliant career. What on earth did you do to him to change that. Think about it. And think about how bad things must have been if he considers a club in another country the language of which he doesn't even speak his home. Home is where the heart is, right? And the heart is where you are loved and respected. There is no single problem you can't work out together if the love and respect are there. It looks like he never had that at Man Utd. Think about it, football players are human beings and he was still young when he came to you. He still needs guidance and support. He gets that at Dortmund but not at Utd. Marco Reus was his team captain, and is still his friend, notice how he asked about Marco first when he arrived. Notice how well they worked together on the pitch when they were both subbed in together. After 18 months at Utd he comes on the pitch and fits right in. That should tell you something too. I believe it's not Sancho that is the problem.
