Technically blessed. Pep nurtured him into a fine model who can also play as a left winger. His progression in this bayern team has made him more flexible

His ability to dribble past players easily his amazing, His ability to shoot inbetween 2 to 4 players with power and precision is deadly. I think he's just getting started. I think next year world cup will be one of his big moments.

His defending and long range goals is spot on, and the close range goals will also improve soon, and he is also deadly in Germany, but let's face it, every attacking German except timo werner is deadly

Why is Werner not deadly ? Werner is a great player. That's why he starts almost every game for Chelsea. He doesn't score as many goals as he did in Leipzig, but he assists a lot and helps with dribbling, counter attacks and build up play.

The most important thing you guys are forgetting is the role Alphonso Davies has had making same play this way. Without Davies, I think we see a different Sane cuz Davies covers that WHOLE left side with his pace and work rate whilst Sane goes roaming about.

Its sane in england..but german commentators always..Zaane. He was a top level player at city and now doing same thing in bayern..still he is missing that free movement in opposition box and one on one against defenders like he used to be at city...may be his manager demands him somwthing else on the pitch.

He's playing quite different in Bayern: more centrally letting Davies overlap, and covering up defensively when Davies goes forward. Sané's lack of defensive contribution/skill was something Guardiola critisized and why he was benched, if I recall. Now he's Bayern's most defensive winger.

He desperately wanted to leave and here was no reason to fight for him. He was fantastic, but also very immature, inconsistent, sulking and would regularly turn off leaving us exposed to the counter.

he's really good when you pick out his best moments and then you watch a game or two of him and see that his brilliance is only 10% of what he actually does with the ball.. if he managed to up his work rate however he could be really good
