With Union Berlin’s promotion to the Bundesliga there are now two clubs from the capital in the top flight of German football for the first time in a generation. They may come from the same city but Union and Hertha Berlin are very different clubs. Ahead of their first-ever meeting in the Bundesliga, we’ve teamed up with Alex Stewart and Joe Devine from Tifo Football to take a closer look at the history of these capital clubs.
