To me, he is the most complete and therefore best midfielder in the world. There are others with even better passing, maybe better positioning, etc. but nobody has everything that he has. He is amazing defensively, can pass anywhere, can out dribble people, he can even win a lot of headers despite his small frame, it's ridiculous!

Having Thiago in the midfield must be so nice as a manager. Imagine having a player who you never have to give instructions, he just does exactly what you need him to do every time.
