It was a triumphant return and an emotional comeback for Shinji Kagawa. In his first game back at Borussia Dortmund, the Japanese superstar had a big hand in his side's 3-1 win over SC Freiburg, grabbing a goal and helping create another.

I love how Arsenal is using Alexis and how fans love him. As a Barca fan, it's awesome to see Alexis in Arsenal rather than in some pit like Man U, etc.

Danilo Solano He fits very well into out attacking system, and when we need to get the ball back, he puts effort into doing just that. If he went to Man U he would've rotted in mid table.

Well, I just hope Liverpool or/and Arsenal win the league even though Chelsea seems pretty elite. I would like to see players like Alexis, Ramsey, Sterling, Sturridge succeed that way.

Danilo Solano Yeah, nobody wants teams like Man City, Chelsea, and Man U to win because their success is entirely based off the money they spent. Chelsea and City were 3rd division sides at one point, and United haven't produced one good player from their academy since 1992, and have spent tons of money for their success.

As a United fan, I miss this guy. I actually liked him. There was a reason why Fergie bought him because he was awesome. But then he lacked first team action and he left for good. I'm actually happy that he's moving on and trying to get back to his best. All the best Shinji, thank you.

@@user-yt2kf6hd8j Kagawa is definitely a good player, but Son is the first Asian player to join the 30-man Ballon d'Or, and his ransom is nearly 10 times as much as Kagawa's. Kagawa also failed in epl, while Son came and succeeded.

As a Manchester United fan, I feel really bad for Shinji. He was bought as an Attacking Midfielder for us, but Rooney had drifted back into that role as there was never any room for him on the field. He's always been a great player, and a real class act off the field too, so I wish him all the best at Dortmund. This video really made me appreciate just how much the Dortmund club loves him, and that's great to see.

I know Jurgen loves his 4-2-3-1 but a midfield trio of Gundogan (when fit), Kagawa and Mkhitaryan in a 4-3-3 with Kuba and Reus on the wings could win the title again. Defensively unstable, but could do damage then lock it down with Kehl and Bender if need be. Milos Jojic used as a squad player and so on.

Doesn't really need to change much, in 12-13 Gundogan played CDM in the 4-2-3-1 usually at least until Gotze was subbed out or unavailable. So Gundogan has no problem playing deeper, start Kagawa along side him but with more freedom to play forward and Miki as a CAM.

Not too unstable if Pisczek, Hummels, Subotic, and Schmelzer play if you ask me but it's a killer lineup... I prefer the lineup that includes Ciro, Aubameyang, and/or Adrian Ramos.

They saisd it was a misshit from Mkhitaryan but I'm pretty sure he left it for Kagawa. Look at his face, straight away he turns to see Kagawa shoot. If he'd missed it, he'd be disappointed.

Not sure about that, instinctively I would look at the ball no matter if the dummy was intentional or not but that doesn't matter shit. Kagawa scored and that's awesome, period.

Shinji Kagawa must be because of his attitude. Dortmund players are usually cool headed but Kevin is an oddity in the group (ie the throwing the kebab to a fan, pissing in a hotel lobby...idk know the whole truth but looks like he's that guy)

Gutted that people judged Kagawa on his humble personality at old Trafford. I Am a united fan, I guarantee you if he was his English he would've been the Idol to worship in England . The humble wizard never had the chance or the respect he deserved to keep him going at united. But for the real football minds out there, we will always love you Shinji, amazing footballer and such a genius player. All the best in Germany, and on behalf of united fans, we are sorry about the way you got treated. Man, I just hope all the injuries come to an end. Dortmund has got to have the most injuries of all teams. All these players are on their payroll, but contribute nothing for years at a time. For Bayern that would be no problem, but Dortmund needs every penny's worth to compete.
