Knuckleball is for the ball to make a dip than swerve so yea, it's a knuckleball, same thing with how CR7 kicks free kicks, the ball doesn't spin or swerve, it just dips, goes up and just dips

@@LivingstonHudson-hz4mya knuckleball is when you throw/hit/kick a ball with very little to no spin, then let the aerodynamics and the wind do its thing. Aside from Ronaldo, Calhanoglu's Knuckleball VS Dortmund is a textbook example of what a knuckleball is

From my many years as an admirer of Cristiano Ronaldo, I have to say that the knuckleball is a double edged sword. It's crazy when you actually score but most of the times it looks like wasting chances. Yes, it's a nightmare for goalkeepers but as the shot taker, you also have no idea where the ball will go and it's often not in the back of the net.

Ok that type of delivery from the corner just confused me. What was he tryna achieve from shooting from the corner with the unnatural spot for a left footer. As much of a specticale that attempt was it is more wasteful than advantageous😅. Anyhow fantastic season by Alex Grimaldo. Proud that he was Barca academy player.
