Bastian you are one of the best midfielder out there (perhaps the best). Bayern has shown to be a dominant team. They have always shown competitiveness. I hope bastian gives us a few more years of this.

The brilliance of Bastian (and Lahm, as well) is that even when they personally are not making goals, they can pull their team together and coordinate their teammates to pull off amazing plays. Midfield Generals indeed.

We live in a world where everyone looks for the flashy/sexy players who can dribble and have a thousand tricks. When the game is often won through tough tackles, gritty performances, intelligence and determination. Bastian Schweinsteiger is my favorite player, possibly of all time, competing only with Lothar Matthaus. People forget his start as a winger. He can probably play every position on the field. And while Lahm might be the captain, it's Schweinsteiger who seems to lay down the law with Neuer. I am so happy that Basti's name is finally immortalized in history with the legends of football.

Brick Top no you must be on drugs if you think isco and gotze are even in his league. schweinsteiger is a complete midfielder good at everything only one that comes close is vidal but since schweinsteiger was at the heart of the treble winning team currently he is the best
